Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon will try and practice again on Wednesday, a source tells ESPN Radio 980 in Washington. Garcon tested the injured ligament in his toe in practice on Monday, taking the field for the first time in about a month.
Pierre Garcon expected to practice Wednesday, fantasy value on hold
Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon (toe) will reportedly try to practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Garcon was injured in Week 1 against the New Orleans Saints and has only played in three games this season. The veteran wide receiver has been hoping to avoid surgery that would end his season. However, a source tells the radio station that Garcon's chances of playing Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles are "better than you think."
Fantasy Impact: This may be too little too late for Garcon when it comes to fantasy owners, many of whom have had him stashed away waiting for him to return. Garcon is not 100 percent, even if he’s cleared to play and fantasy owners should not rush him back into lineups this week.
This week will likely show whether Garcon will be a viable fantasy option in the last few weeks of the season.
