Eagles wide receiver Jason Avant (hamstring) has been ruled out for Philadelphia's Week 11 matchup against the Washington Redskins. Avant, now in his seventh season with the Eagles, has not missed a game since 2008. He isn't the most productive receiver, having caught 10 touchdowns in his career, but has been a mainstay for the Eagles passing game.
Jason Avant injury: Ruled out, Riley Cooper has fantasy sleeper value
Starting in his place, could Cooper put up big numbers against the Redskins? We break down the fantasy implications.

Riley Cooper will take over number three duties in his place, after having made a highlight touchdown grab against the Cowboys in Week 10.
Fantasy Take: Cooper has displayed some excellent ability given his limited active duty during his career and this will be his opportunity to shine. With Nick Foles making his first career start, new quarterbacks tend to gravitate towards the players they practiced with more.
That makes Cooper an interesting, albeit hard-to-start, sleeper in Week 11.
