San Diego Chargers running back Ryan Mathews was held out of Wednesday's practice, via Michael Gehlken. Mathews is not believed to be injured, but given his medical history, it's something to keep an eye one. More than likely, this was just a day of rest for the Chargers No. 1 running back.
Ryan Mathews was held out of Wednesday’s practice: Fantasy Implications
San Diego Chargers running back Ryan Mathews was held out of Wednesday’s practice. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

The Chargers are coming off a very tough loss and cannot afford to be without Mathews in a tough Week 11 division game against the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy Analysis: Mathews has not been the ideal fantasy running back, with the injuries and company in the backfield. The Chargers as a whole have also been struggling, which is never good for fantasy owners. Mathews still had 22 touches last week and should be started in all fantasy formats this weekend.
While his status should be monitored, he will probably be ready to go, and if he is, feel free to keep him in your lineup.
