Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was held out of practice again on Thursday with a concussion, but head coach Lovie Smith says that he could still start on Monday night against the 49ers even if he doesn't practice at all. Cutler left Sunday's game against the Texans with the head injury and was relieved by Jason Campbell.
Jay Cutler concussion: Could start even if he doesn’t practice, still little fantasy value
Chicago will proceed with caution on their quarterback, but won’t rule him out. We break down the fantasy implications.

It was only last season that Cutler missed the last six games of the year as Chicago tumbled out of playoff contention and the Bears don’t want to see that happen again. If he starts, you can bet that it’s because he’s very healthy.
Fantasy Take: Healthy maybe, but not a big-scoring quarterback. That’s not what Chicago asks him to do and therefore he’s a relatively low-value quarterback in fantasy football. Especially against the 49ers, especially after a week without practice. Look elsewhere.
