Atlanta Falcons RB Michael Turner (groin) was listed as limited in practice on Thursday, per the team's official website. Turner never appeared on the injury reports all season until this week--he was also limited on Wednesday.
Michael Turner as limited in practice as he is to fantasy owners
Michael Turner was limited with a groin injury on Thursday--so par for the course for Michael Turner. We break down the fantasy implications.

Through nine games, Turner rushed 141 times for 532 yards and four TDs.
Fantasy Imapct: Is this an actual injury, or a convenient cover for the Falcons to handwave his miserable performance last Sunday? You decide. Turner "The Burner" is in a lot of hot water after putting up just 13 yards on 15 carries against the Saints and being completely useless in the red zone.
It should be obvious to everyone that Turner is on his last legs. He topped 100 yards just twice this season and has been a millstone around Atlanta's neck in their otherwise lethal offense. The Falcons should still waltz into the playoffs, but their run game will be a big issue in January. I can't recommend starting him in fantasy anymore, but unless the team agrees with me and gives Jacquizz Rodgers more looks, they may just stick with Turner. Fantasy owners should just avoid this situation altogether.
