Kansas City Chiefs QB Brady Quinn (concussion) has been officially cleared to resume football activities, reports Jeff Darlington of NFL Network. Quinn hasn't played since suffering the concussion in Week 8. Despite being cleared to play, he hasn't practiced this week and will likely be the backup against the Bengals.

Fantasy Impact: Romeo Crennel has stressed that Quinn will be the starter when healthy. Not that it matters at this point in the season, with the team 1-8 and a house-cleaning guaranteed.
Fantasy owners shouldn’t care about who starts for the Chiefs, because both guys belong on the waiver wire. Nothing to see here, move along.
