The PIttsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (Achilles) will be the starting back on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens. This will be Mendenhall's first game since suffering the Achilles injury back in Week 6 against the Titans. Jonathan Dwyer and Isaac Redman split carries in his absence.
Rashard Mendenhall expected to start Sunday: Fantasy implications
Rashard Mendenhall is expected to make his return and be the starter against the Ravens on Sunday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Mendenhall has played in only two games this season while also recovering from ACL surgery.
Fantasy Impact: It's a welcome return for the Steelers, who couldn't count on any consistency from Dwyer or Redman and badly need a viable run game to take the pressure off Byron Leftwich.
The big question mark is how much rust Mendenhall will have after missing a month of action. I still like him as an RB2 for the fantasy stretch run, but you may want to consider keeping him on the bench and see how he reacts. It’s mostly a judgment call as Baltimore’s defense is ripe for the picking.
