Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder) didn't practice all week and has been ruled out to face the Ravens on Sunday. He has no timetable to return and could be out at least six weeks. Byron Leftwich will start.

Big Ben was having a nice season with 17 TDs and only four interceptions so far. He has a nice round passer rating of 100.0 and has 2,287 passing yards.
Fantasy Impact: This is a crippling blow to the Steelers and fantasy owners. Ben has meshed extremely well with offensive coordinator Todd Haley and was getting on the same page as Mike Wallace.
Ben owners in shallow leagues can probably cut him loose since there has been talk that a hit to his rib could puncture his aorta. Mike Wallace and Emmanuel Sanders are also on the downswing and neither player is a must-start while Sanders probably belongs on most waiver wires.
