Antonio Brown will not play on Sunday. Could Emmanuel Sanders step it up?

Brown was a disappointment so far this year with just 42 catches on 65 targets. His stats include 499 receiving yards and one TD.
Fantasy Impact: Brown could be out for even longer than this week and the Steelers will need him back in a hurry to give Byron Leftwich an option with a zone buster like Brown. Brown has been a letdown so far after his 69-catch breakout year last season.
Emmanuel Sanders will get the start and he should see a lot of snaps. Although, Byron Leftwich at quarterback will make him tough to start in most formats. It wouldn't be a shock to see Sanders and Leftwich develop a rapport since they worked on the second unit while the team was healthy.
