Michael Vick has been ruled out. Is it even worth owning him at this point?

Vick has been a disaster this year with a passer rating of 79.2, only 11 passing TDs and nine picks on the year. He also only added one rushing TD on the year.
Fantasy Impact: Owners were cutting Vick even before this bad news served as a death blow to his fantasy upside. There has been talk that the Eagles will start Foles for the rest of the year even if Vick is able to return.
Vick never really had a chance to play and getting hurt has been a thorn in his side for most of his career. Fantasy owners should probably cut him for another QB with some upside -- like Jake Locker.
