The Michigan product has been somewhat productive considering his minuscule role with 27 catches for 283 yards. He has no TDs and has given snaps to players like Damarris Johnson and Riley Cooper.
Fantasy Impact: Jason Avant used to be the handcuff to Jeremy Maclin and DeSean Jackson, but Demarris Johnson has stepped up his game and usurped the X and Z duties while Maclin or Jackson are out.
Avant can remain on the waiver wire and he will probably be out next week, too.
