New York Jets RB Bilal Powell (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams. Powell was knocked out of last week's Seahawks game with a concussion, but ESPN's Rich Cimini has reported that he will suit up this week.

Fantasy Impact: Powell was once considered a fantasy sleeper behind the plodding Shonn Greene, but that ship has now sailed. New York's offense remains a flaming car wreck.
If you’re one of the few Greene owners, you could stash Powell as a handcuff. Otherwise, stay far away.
