Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler (concussion) has been officially ruled out for Monday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers. Cutler was forced out of last week's Texans game with a brutal concussion, and hasn't practiced at all this week. He will try to get clearance for Week 12.
Jay Cutler injury update: Out with concussion, shelving fantasy value
Jay Cutler has been ruled out for Week 11 against the 49ers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jason Campbell will get the start in Cutler's place. He struggled mightily against Houston in bad weather.
Fantasy Impact: Cutler has a history of head injuries dating back to his Vanderbilt days--this is his sixth diagnosed concussion in his career--so don’t count on him returning next week until he passes the tests and practices. We’ll continue monitoring the situation.
Campbell is at least better than Caleb Hanie, but he's not a fantasy option against the Niners defense.
