San Francisco 49ers QB Alex Smith (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Monday Night Football against the Chicago Bears. Smith was forced out of last week's Rams with a concussion, but was quickly cleared to resume football activities. He got limited practice in and is expected to get the start.

Fantasy Impact: Smith had shaky fantasy value in the first place going up against Chicago’s bruising defense. Even if he’s active, he won’t be a recommended start. Smith was never an elite fantasy QB, and this injury just sinks his value further.
Fantasy owners should look for better QB2 alternatives this week.
