Beanie Wells will be activated this week and is expected to play on Sunday against the Rams. He hasn’t played since Week 3 after recovering from a toe injury for a significant part of the 2012 season.
Beanie Wells expects to play in Week 12, fantasy value up again
Beanie Wells should be back to work this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

LaRod Stephens-Howling looked impressive running the ball against the Falcons, so the Cardinals will have a tough decision to make on playing time going forward.
Fantasy Impact: Wells didn’t do much with his playing time in the first few weeks of the year, rushing for just 76 yards on 29 carries. Stephens-Howling isn’t a Pro Bowl back by any means, but he has two 100-yard games in the past four weeks.
Arizona will likely ease Wells back into action, but Stephens-Howling’s fantasy value will be limited if a timeshare forms, which can be expected.
