Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) has been officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Locker got in some limited practice this week despite already being ruled out earlier. Matt Hasselbeck will draw the start for the fifth straight game.
Jake Locker out again for Sunday: Fantasy implications
Jake Locker has been ruled out for Week 9, as expected. We break down the fantasy implications.

Locker hasn’t played since dislocating his shoulder back in Week 3, his second shoulder injury in a month. It was later revealed he had a fracture in the shoulder as well.
Fantasy Impact: The Titans don’t expect Locker to come back until at least after the Week 11 bye. He was playing fairly well until the injury, so fantasy owners may want to keep him as a roster stash for the fantasy playoff races.
As for Hasselbeck, he hasn’t been much more than a low-end QB2 this year, and will be facing the stout Bears’ defense. Don’t start him if you have better alternatives.
