Houston Texans running back Ben Tate is expected to play on Thursday versus the Detroit Lions. Tate has been battling a hamstring injury but head coach Gary Kubiak hinted that he'd play in Week 12.
Ben Tate injury update: Active but not much fantasy worth behind No. 1 guy
Houston Texans running back Ben Tate (hamstring) is expected to play today. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Even though he will likely be active, he might not see a whole lot of action behind workhorse Arian Foster.
Fantasy Analysis: While Ben Tate has a lot of upside as a runner in terms of what he can do physically, he is not in a position to get you a lot of fantasy points.
The one exception to owning Tate in fantasy leagues has been to handcuff him to lead back Arian Foster. The same applies this week when Tate is expected to be active. If you have the tandem, start them, because both will be healthy in Week 12.
