Steelers safety Troy Polamalu got in his first full practice since October 5th on Wednesday and could return to the field for the first time since Week 5. Polamalu has missed all but two games this year with an injured right calf, recording just seven tackles and no other statistics.
Troy Polamalu injury update: Steelers safety gets first full practice
Signs are pointing towards the safety making his return for this rivalry game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Pittsburgh has stumbled to 6-5 after two straight losses, but rank first in the NFL in total defense and have given up the fewest amount of passing yards, although they are 28th in the league in interceptions. Polamalu had seven interceptions on his own as recently as 2010. He did not miss a game last season.
Fantasy Take: The Steelers still have a stout defense, but getting back their top playmaker (and really the spokesman of the team) should have a significant impact. Polamalu is still one of the top safeties in the NFL when healthy and would cause extra fits to Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
