Kevin Kolb injury update: Fantasy value zero, John Skelton to start
Kevin Kolb has been ruled out for Sunday’s game between the Cardinals and the Packers due to a ribs injury, giving John Skelton the start. We break down the fantasy implications.

Skelton struggled against the San Francisco 49ers last Monday night, going 32-for-52 passing for 290 yards and an interception during the loss. He is 73-for-126 passing on the season, for 746 yards and just one touchdown to four interceptions.
Fantasy Impact: Skelton is somewhat of a fantasy sleeper in leagues that don’t penalize owners to harshly for turnovers. He is expected to thrown the ball often (as he did against the Niners) as long as the Cards’ running game continues to go nowhere.
With that said, you would have to be in deep, or two-quarterback league to start Skelton this week. The Packers have played the pass well this season, and the quarterback has been unable to put the ball in the end zone with any kind of consistency.
