Vikings vs. Seahawks: Fantasy football projections featuring Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch, Percy Harvin
We break down the pertinent fantasy projections for the Week 9 matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks.
Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings are first and foremost built around Adrian Peterson. Although Seattle has a solid rush defense, AP remains a must-start as he has been quite impressive in his return from ACL surgery. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and sat out Friday, but he is listed as probable and is expected to start.
Percy Harvin was limited early in the week due to some hamstring issues, but appears good to go. He has become Christian Ponder's go-to receiver and is another must-start in virtually all formats.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks, much like the Vikings, are first and foremost about the running game. Marshawn Lynch drives this offense, even more so than Adrian Peterson does for Minnesota. Russell Wilson has shown he can make plays, but he is an inconsistent rookie, which is nothing new. That lowers the value of guys like Sidney Rice, Golden Tate and Doug Baldwin. They are bye week options almost exclusively.
