Kevin Ogletree had three receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown during the Cowboys’ loss to the Falcons on Sunday night. We break down the fantasy implications.
Ogletree registered his most yards receiving since catching eight passes for 114 yards in the 2012 season opener. He also caught a touchdown pass for the first time since catching two during the Cowboys’ Week 1 win.
Fantasy Impact: If you have been starting Ogletree every week since picking him up off waivers after his big opening performance, then congratulations are in order. Your investment finally paid off in a breakout performance that may not be repeated for the rest of the season.
Ogletree does not have more than 57 yards receiving in any other game this season, and has been held twice without a reception. He isn’t worth starting except in the deepest of leagues for the most desperate of owners hoping to catch lightning in a bottle.
