Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is getting closer to returning, coach Lovie Smith said on Monday. Jeffery hasn't played since Oct. 7 because of a broken hand. There is speculation that Jeffery could return to practice on Wednesday ahead of Chicago's game with the Houston Texans.
Alshon Jeffery closer to returning for Bears, fantasy owners
Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is getting closer to returning, according to coach Lovie Smith. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeffery has 14 catches for 184 yards in the five games he’s played in for the Bears during his rookie season.
Fantasy Impact: Jeffery showed flashes of promise before getting hurt, including a long touchdown catch in Week 1. Brandon Marshall, however, gets almost all of the targets in Chicago’s passing game.
Jeffery, depending on when he returns, could get in the starting lineup and become a fantasy contributor. He remains worth keeping in dynasty and keeper formats and could be a mid-to-low-end flex play by the end of the season.
