Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday. Fantasy star Doug Martin named NFC Offensive Player of the Week
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin on Wednesday was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Martin has rushed for 386 yards and five touchdowns in the last two games. The Buccaneers face the San Diego Chargers in Week 10.
Fantasy Impact: This was far from a stunning choice after Martin’s amazing performance in Week 9. Martin has been one of the best rookies in the NFL this season and incredibly valuable to fantasy owners in recent weeks.
Things could get a little tougher in Week 10 against San Diego but no fantasy owner is going to bench a running back who just ran fore more than 250 yards and scored four times. He is a must-start in all formats.
