Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew (foot) is officially inactive for Thursday Night Football against the Indianapolis Colts, reports John Oesher of the team website. Jones-Drew was already ruled out earlier in the week, so this is just official confirmation. There was no chance of him coming back on a short week.
Maurice Jones-Drew inactive for TNF, as expected: Fantasy implications
Maurice Jones-Drew is officially inactive for Thursday Night against the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jones-Drew suffered an arch sprain in his foot in Week 7. There is still no timetable for his return. Rashad Jennings will get the start again.
Fantasy Impact: The Jaguars are still not ruling him out for the season, but given that he still needed a cart to get around on Tuesday, it’s an open question as to whether his foot injury is more serious than the team is letting on.
At any rate, fantasy owners can bench him again. Jennings has struggled mightily in his place and is little more than a flex option tonight.
