New England Patriots running back Brandon Bolden has been suspended for four games for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing drugs, according to Paul Perillo.
Brandon Bolden suspended 4 games, killing fantasy value
Brandon Bolden has been suspended for violating the NFL’s policy on performance enhancing drugs, so he probably shouldn’t be on your fantasy roster.

Bolden has been sidelined by a knee injury anyways, but this is certainly rock bottom for the backup running back.
Fantasy Impact: Brandon Bolden had lost most of his fantasy impact due to injury, but this suspension isn’t going to help matters. Bolden had some longterm upside, because Bill Belichick likes to mix things up in the backfield, and Bolden had proven to be effective at times.
Shane Vereen and Danny Woodhead are now in line to see any leftover carries from Steven Ridley, who still figures to function as the team's featured back.
