Buffalo Bills coach Chan Gailey confirmed that RB Fred Jackson (knee) has a sprained MCL and is done for the season. He has not been placed on injured reserve yet, but Gailey said that "looks like the plan". Jackson was forced out of Sunday's Rams game after taking a helmet to the knee.
Fred Jackson’s fantasy season over with MCL sprain--will C.J. Spiller be freed?
Fred Jackson suffered an MCL sprain and is done for the year. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson will finish an injury-filled season with just 654 total yards and four touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact: Will this news finally mean more carries for C.J. Spiller? Logically it should, but Gailey has defied logic, giving him only seven touches on Sunday (which he turned into 52 total yards, incidentally).
