The Philadelphia Eagles have confirmed that QB Michael Vick and RB LeSean McCoy have both passed their concussion tests and are cleared to return to practice. Vick has essentially been shut down for the season, but Shady has a chance to play on Thursday Night against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Michael Vick, LeSean McCoy may return to practice: Fantasy implications
Michael Vick and LeSeasn McCoy both passed their concussion tests and may return to practice on Tuesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Nick Foles and Bryce Brown are expected to remain the starters down the stretch.
Fantasy Impact: Vick can be dropped in re-draft leagues, as Foles has done enough to earn the starting job for now and in the future. He will almost certainly be playing for another team in 2013.
As for Shady, it’s hard to tell what kind of workload he will have with Brown impressing. I would classify him as a “hold” in fantasy and see what happens Thursday.
