The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled out TE Brent Celek (concussion) for Thursday Night Football against the Cincinnati Bengals. Celek was knocked out of Sunday's win over the Buccaneers with the concussion. It's not believed to be serious, but there was no chance of him being cleared in time to play on the short week.
