Cecil Shorts clear to play Week 15: Fantasy implications
Cecil Shorts is free of concussion symptoms, and is clear to practice and play for the Jaguars in Week 15. We break down the fantasy implications.

Shorts has been one of the NFL’s emerging stars over the second half of the season. He has scored a touchdown in five of his last seven games, and gone over 100 yards receiving three times in that stretch.
Fantasy Impact: Shorts has seen double-digit targets in four out of those seven games, and is expected to reprise his starring role in the offense after Justin Blackmon managed just six receptions for 57 yards off 12 targets last week.
Shorts will take on a Miami Dolphins secondary this week that has given up plenty of yards (251 per game) but just 15 passing touchdowns on the season with nine interceptions. It's a good matchup, but not a great one for owners.
