San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mario Manningham (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday and is in danger of missing his second straight game. Rookie receiver A.J. Jenkins was active for the first time this season, playing in place of Manningham, but did not have a catch.
Mario Manningham injury update: Missed practice likely keeps him off fantasy radar, where he already was
The 49ers third-leading receiver could miss his second straight game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Manningham has 41 catches for 449 yards and one touchdown in his first season with San Francisco. His season-high of 72 yards came in Week 6 against his former team, the New York Giants. San Francisco plays the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football in Week 15.
Fantasy Take: There's not much to take away from this as far as fantasy football is concerned. Manningham is the third-leading receiver for a team that does not have that many passing yards and is working in a new quarterback in the form of Colin Kaepernick. And if he sits out, it does not make Jenkins any more valuable.
