Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler (neck) returned to practice on Thursday with limited participation. The Bears did not hold practice on Wednesday, but if they had Cutler would have sat out. Cutler sustained the injury on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings and was replaced by Jason Campbell.
Jay Cutler injury: Returns to practice but fantasy value still low because he is Jay Cutler
Cutler makes the Bears better, but still runs a conservative offense. We break down the fantasy implications.

It was not a good game for Cutler, completing only half of 44 pass attempts with 1 TD and 2 INT.
Fantasy Take: On an actual football field, Cutler is a pretty good quarterback that can make throws most quarterbacks can not make. As a fantasy player, he’s a middle-of-the-road QB2, meaning he won’t be starting on most fantasy rosters right now.
It is good news for Brandon Marshall though that Cutler will likely start on Sunday against the Packers. Marshall will do much better with his buddy under center.
