The Cleveland Browns have no plans to demote RB Trent Richardson, despite his rookie struggles. When asked about the situation, OC Brad Childress simply stated "We're not there. Certainly we're not there".
Trent Richardson will not be demoted: Fantasy implications
The Browns do not plan on reducing Trent Richardson’s carries despite his struggles. We break down the fantasy implications.

Richardson has 247 carries for 869 yards, a meager 3.5 YPC. Meanwhile, backup Montario Hardesty has rushed 46 times for 147 yards and 4.7 YPC.
Fantasy Impact: It hasn’t been an ideal rookie year for the No. 3 overall pick, who has dealt with injuries and poor O-line play. That said, he does have nine touchdowns on the year and still gets plenty of goal-line carries.
Fantasy owners should keep rolling with T-Rich as a high-end RB2 against the Redskins in the fantasy semifinals.
