Jaguars receiver Cecil Shorts is returning from his concussion in Week 15 against the Dolphins.

Shorts missed the team's Week 14 game after suffering a concussion against the Buffalo Bills in Week 13. He returned to practice this week and will see the field in Week 15.
Fantasy Impact: Shorts has been a reliable No. 2 fantasy wide receiver throughout the season. He has 824 yards receiving this season and seven touchdowns. Now that he’s healthy, Shorts will have a decent chance at reaching the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his two-year career.
He has a friendly matchup against the Miami Dolphins, so he’s worth starting in your fantasy football playoffs this week.
