Trent Richardson won’t be shut down for Browns final 2 games: Fantasy implications
Trent Richardson won’t be shut down for the season, according to Browns head coach Pat Shurmur. The Browns are out of playoff contention, and their star running back is dealing with a ribs injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Richardson has struggled somewhat in recent weeks. He hasn’t averaged over 4.0 yards per carry in five straight games, though he does have six rushing touchdowns over the course of his last four outings.
Fantasy Impact: Richardson's nose for the end zone has kept him fantasy relevant. Last week, he had just 28 yards rushing on 11 carries, but scored two touchdowns. That said, while he has been a consistent source of fantasy points, he could have time against the Denver Broncos this week. The Broncos are allowing just 3.6 yards per carry on the season, and rank second in the NFL giving up just 91 yards rushing per game. They have allowed just five rushing touchdowns on the season, making this a very risky week to start Richdardson. You've been warned.
