Stephen Hill will miss Week 16 for the New York Jets due to a knee injury, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News. Hill sat out last week against the Tennessee Titans as well after sustaining the injury in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Hill's absence could mean more targets for the recently acquired Braylon Edwards. He was targeted five times during Monday night's loss, finishing with three receptions for 47 yards.
Fantasy Impact: Edwards makes an intriguing fantasy option, because for as much as he has bounced around the league, he is still the physical specimen that made him a top draft choice coming out of college. He immediately saw targets on a short week of practice last week, and by extension he should be in for a bigger role this week against the San Diego Chargers.
Edwards can't be recommended as a fantasy starter in standard formats. The Jets offense is in shambles at the moment, and is getting set to start Greg McElroy at quarterback. If you're in a particularly deep league, however, Edwards has enough upside to warrant WR3 consideration.
