Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson (abdomen) was held out of practice for a second straight day on Thursday. However, Peterson, who has not missed a game this season after returning from a torn ACL, is in no danger of missing Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.
Adrian Peterson injury: Missed practice, but just prepping for record and adding fantasy value
Though he is sitting out so far this week, AP is a must-start on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Peterson leads the NFL with 1,812 rushing yards and is within reach of the all-time single-season record. The Texans are 5th against the run and have allowed the fewest rushing touchdowns in the NFL.
Fantasy Take: It’s not a great fantasy matchup for AP but does it really matter? Nothing he has done this season makes a lot of logical sense and he is arguably the MVP of the league despite his 2011 injury.
He is a high-end RB1 every week.
