Mark Sanchez will start Sunday for the New York Jets against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team announced Wednesday. Sanchez was benched last weekend in favor of Greg McElroy, after going 10-for-21 passing for 97 yards and three interceptions in a win over the Arizona Cardinals.
Mark Sanchez to start for Jets in Week 14: Fantasy implications
Mark Sanchez will start Sunday for the New York Jets, ahead of Greg McElroy and Tim Tebow. We break down the fantasy implications.

It is unclear whether McElroy or Tim Tebow (if he is healthy) will play backup to Sanchez. Tebow was inactive against the Cardinals due to a ribs injury. As a result, McElroy entered the game in the second half and went 5-for-7 passing for 29 yards and a touchdown.
Fantasy Impact: While the situation is certainly intriguing, it has little bearing on fantasy football. The truth is, there are few people that could take charge of the Jets’ offense right now and put up worthwhile numbers, much less Sanchez and Co. Whoever starts at quarterback should be avoided in just about every format, including two-quarterback leagues.
