LaMichael James to make debut in Week 14: Fantasy Implications
San Francisco 49ers rookie RB LaMichael James could make his NFL debut on Sunday. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

The high profile second-rounder from Oregon has yet to be activated in the regular season. But with Kendall Hunter (Achilles) going down for the season, there is room for James to make an impact.
Fantasy Analysis: 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh and general manager Trent Baalke both alluded to the possibility of James being active soon, but didn't want to say anything official. Like the Patriots, they like to play it close to the chest.
James was one of the most prolific runners in NCAA history. He could step in and make an impact right away, but is too much of a risk this week. However, James' presence could help the run game overall, ultimately making Frank Gore more effective. Owners should be sure to start Gore Sunday and monitor James.
