Brandon LaFell has been ruled inactive by the Carolina Panthers for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. He was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report due to a chipped bone in his foot, on top of his nagging turf toe issue.
Brandon LaFell ruled inactive Sunday by Panthers: Fantasy implications
Brandon LaFell has been ruled inactive for Sunday’s game between the Panthers and the Falcons. We break down the fantasy implications.

With LaFell out, Louis Murphy is expected to step into a starting role alongside Steve Smith. LaFell has played in all but one game this season.
Fantasy Impact: LaFell had been playing like a solid Flex/WR2 option in recent weeks, catching two touchdown passes over his last three games. While Murphy should be considered a more viable fantasy option than usual this week, there is nothing to suggest he will be able to replicate LaFell’s recent production. There is high upside, but also high risk. Start Murphy at your own peril.
