Darrelle Revis has not yet been cleared for contact, New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan said Thursday according to Rich Cimini at ESPN New York. Revis suffered a mild concussion against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday and has yet to pass baseline tests. Ryan said that the cornerback will need to be 100 percent if he is going to play Week 2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Darrelle Revis (Concussion) Not Yet Cleared For Contact: Fantasy Implications
Darrelle Revis still has yet to be cleared for contact in practice after suffering a mild concussion in the Jets’ season opener. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: The longer Revis is held out of practice, the less likely he will suit up Sunday. Owners should begin looking for other IDP options as Revis is highly questionable at best against Pittsburgh. At least he played great against the Bills. Revis had five tackles and an interception in the blowout win, and generally made life difficult for Stevie Johnson.
