Week 1 of the regular season was an impressive display for Jay Cutler and he newly acquired weapon in Brandon Marshall. The former duo reunited for nine receptions from Marshall for 119 yards and a touchdown against the Colts. However, this week was a completely different story, as Marshall caught just two passes for 24 yards total.

Fantasy Impact: No one seemed to have an explanation for how this game panned out, but we do know Marshall fell off Cutler’s radar for almost an entire game. He eventually finished targeting Marshall five times, only to see the 28-year-old receiver drop his one sure shot at a touchdown catch. Marshall will pick up the pace as they move forward, but it was disappointing to see for now.
