Jackson suffered a sprained right knee injury during the Bills' season opener against the New York Jets, and is expected to miss at least one more week. C.J. Fantasy Impact: Spiller had a huge game against the Jets with Jackson out, rushing for 169 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Whether those numbers are repeatable remains to be seen, but regardless Spiller should be considered a solid RB2 at the moment. That will change when Jackson returns, of course, but for now opportunistic waiver wire workers can reap the benefits.
