Fantasy Impact: Granted it was against a banged-up secondary, but Locker was terrific Sunday. He should still be considered a low-end starter, high-end bench option in standard fantasy leagues for now. One big game doesn’t negate the fact that he had just 174 yards passing the week before. Owners in keeper leagues have to be ecstatic, however.
