San Francisco 49ers LB Patrick Willis has been diagnosed with a sprained ankle, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter. Hillis left Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings late in the 4th quarter. The 49ers do not consider the injury to be serious, and Willis was later walking around the locker room and hotel without a limp.
