Analysis: He was really the only thing the Seahawks had on Sunday with Russell Wilson struggling to get the ball to his receivers down the field. Lynch looks like he is healthy and the back spasms are are thing of the past. While there might be some QB controversy, Lynch's role is as solid as ever as the staple of the Seattle offense. He will get the Panthers next week and the Patriots in two weeks. He'll be a must-start option for those games and just about every other.
