Matt Forte rushed for 67 yards on 19 carries and also caught six passes for 44 yards against the Giants in Week 6. The Bears attempted to get the ground game going, but Forte simply grinded it out for the majority of the way.
Matt Forte has a decent fantasy day against Giants
Normally, facing the Giants’ defense is gold mine for any opposing skill player. Forte played well, but it wasn’t anything special. We break down the fantasy implications.

Averaging 3.5 yards per carry, Forte failed to find the end fonze once again. His longest run finished at 13 yards on the night.
Fantasy impact: It wasn’t a spectacular night for the No. 1 running back, but his receiving skills helped PPR owners make up the difference. The Bears ran the ball after taking a decent lead, and the Giants were ready to stop Forte on the ground at this point.
Next week the Bears face the Redskins. Forte faces another good matchup for him in prime time, so owners should continue to consider him in the RB1 range.
