Martellus Bennett caught six passes for 68 yards on seven targets on Thursday night against the Giants. He was a game-time decision for Week 6 after struggling with a knee injury, but he didn’t appear to be limited in the Bears 27-21 victory.
Martellus Bennett delivers 68 yards for fantasy owners in Week 6
A short week and limited reps in practice didn’t slow down Martellus Bennett on Thursday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bennett finished second on the team in targets from Jay Cutler. His production has been somewhat sporadic, but he remains one of the primary options in the passing game.
Fantasy impact: While Bennett is fighting Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery and Matt Forte for targets, he continues to provide decent production for his owners. Even with the knee injury, Bennett surpassed last week’s receiving total.
The Bears face the Redskins in Week 7, which should provide a matchup everyone on the Bears offense can exploit. Barring a setback with the knee, Bennett will be a borderline TE1 again. He hasn’t found the end zone since Week 2, though. Maybe Washington can help him break that scoreless streak.
