Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was given just about all he could handle from the Ravens defense on Sunday, but the Packers prevailed 19-17.
Aaron Rodgers salvages fantasy point total with long touchdown pass in second half
it was a difficult afternoon for the former Super Bowl MVP, who witnessed two of his top receivers exit early due to injuries. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rodgers completed 17-of-32 passes for 315 yards, a touchdown and an interception during the tough contest on the road. Matters were made difficult for Rodgers, who, after moving the ball down the field with ease on an opening drive, soon witnessed the early departure of James Jones and Randall Cobb due to injuries.
Fantasy Spin: Though Rodgers had anything but a smooth day at the office, he helped his fantasy owners late in the game with a 64-yard touchdown to Jordy Nelson as well as a 52-yard completion to Jermichael Finley to ultimately clinch the game. Those two completions accounted for over a third of his yardage on the day, giving an idea of how rough the afternoon went for Rodgers otherwise.
Rodgers' value will likely take a hit if Cobb and Jones are out for significant periods of time, but not enough to make him anything less than an elite fantasy option at quarterback. Start him with confidence once again in Week 7 versus the Browns.
