Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles completed 22 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-20 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6. Even more impressive was that Foles did not throw an interception and was only sacked once in the game.
Nick Foles bares sweet fantasy fruit for all in Tampa Bay
The Eagles’ back-up quarterback did an outstanding job filling in for Michael Vick in Week 6. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Foles' effort was definitely a welcomed one in the fantasy community. This is particularly so for Michael Vick owners, who probably scrambled to pick up Foles off of the waiver wire once coach Chip Kelly announced that Vick would be sidelined in Week 6.
Foles was able to find receiver Riley Cooper for a touchdown, and connect with Desean Jackson on two occasions in the end zone. Although the Buccaneers are clearly a team in transition, Foles' effort no doubt got him a game ball in the locker room.
It'll be interesting to see who starts at quarterback for the Eagles when they host the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. Fantasy owners can bet that Foles is probably one more good game away from re-igniting a quarterback controversy in Philadelphia, given Vick's up and down play and continued struggles with injury over the course of his career.
