Williams is battling a hamstring injury and was forced to sit in Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He got only two limited practices in before being held out on Friday and being declared inactive on game day. Tiquan Underwood and Russell Shepard filled in at Williams's spot opposite Vincent Jackson. Through four games this season, Williams has 15 catches for 164 yards and two touchdowns.
Fantasy impact: Williams still wasn’t ready to go in Week 6 despite the Bucs coming off a bye. Fantasy owners should be watching his practice reports closely this week before penciling him into lineups. Williams’ fantasy value is being deflated by an anemic offense and rookie quarterback, but he has an appealing matchup against the Falcons defense this week. Consider him a WR4 with WR3 upside if he can find the endzone.
